ERW steel pipes and tube are available in various qualities, wall thicknesses, and diameters of the finished pipes. ERW steel pipes and tubes are used in various engineering purposes, fencing, scaffolding, line pipes etc. Our product finds its usage for Agricultural purposes, Drinking Water for housings, in collieries for extraction of Water, thermal Powers, Transports- for all kind of pipeline usage. Deep boring wells, as a strong protection for cables by Telecom Department, Structural Purposes etc.
All of the products we are supplying can reach the international standard like: ASTM A53,A178, A500, A513 and API 5L, etc.

ASTM A 53 straight seam steel pipe can be used in transferring water, air and heating steam, etc. in accordance to the GB/T 3091-2008 standard, which is applicable to welded steel pipes for low pressure liquid delivery
The raw materials of the same width of the API 5L black steel pipe can be processed in different molding angles to manufacture steel pipe in various diameters which are in accordance with the standards. The API 5L black steel pipe is extensively used in transferring corrosive matters such as petroleum and natural gas.
Surface finish are available in black or bare, or with protective coatings. The pipe internal stress is very small and uniformly distributed after the full- length expansion.

The corrosion and cracking of the pipe owing to stress can be effectively prevented.
The application of welding on site is very easy because of the high dimension precision;
The inside and outside welding are performed after the tack welding , so the welding process is very stable with good weld quality.
The NDT is easy to perform on the weld during production and field operation as well;The length of the weld is shorter than that of the non-longitudinal seam pipe, so the probability of defects occurrence is very low; The coverage of the pipe specification is very wide. The pipe can be either in large diameter with thick wall or in small diameter with thick wall.
